Services
I understand the importance of hiring a trained professional to care for you, your newborn, and your family. As a certified professional doula who has undergone extensive training and over 8+ years of experience, you can rest assured that you're in good hands.
Gentle Routine & Activity Support
I help families establish age-appropriate routines and engage in daily activities that support their baby’s development and bring ease to your days. Whether it’s creating a flexible sleep/feed schedule or introducing sensory play and bonding moments, I tailor everything to your baby’s needs and your family’s rhythm.
Feeding Support
Judgment-free feeding support based on how you choose to feed your baby. I support all methods of feeding and offer guidance for breastfeeding, formula feeding, combo feeding, and formula introduction. I also provide tips on comfortable positioning, latch, and formula brand options—all within my postpartum doula scope.
Overnight Care
Providing in-home overnight services during the fourth trimester, offering nurturing support, guidance, & restful sleep during the night to newborns & their parents. I assist with the transition into life with a newborn—offering feeding support, swaddle & soothing techniques, & holding space for mom during the night when desired. My goal is to set you up for success, allowing you to be present and rested the next day. More services offered through my Sleep and Support Package—see below.
References
No matter which package you select, I provide you with professional and trusted references for additional services. Examples: Lactation consultants, infant feeding specialists, infant physical / occupational therapists, perinatal mental health providers and other support professionals.
Newborn Class
I offer all of my clients this private, in-home class designed to help you feel confident and prepared for life with your new baby. I’ll guide you through all the essentials—swaddling, diapering, dressing, burping, feeding, safe sleep, car seat safety, bathing, and more. We’ll also go over how to pack your hospital and diaper bags with purpose so you feel supported and ready from day one.
Sleep Support
My sleep services include personalized strategies and techniques to establish healthy sleep habits for your newborn, promoting better sleep patterns, sleeping safety, soothing, and overall well-being for both you and your baby during your postpartum period.
